Ingredients:
- Ginger finely chopped – 1 tsp
- Garlic finely chopped – 1 tsp
- Scallions chopped – 1 tbsp
- Prawns peeled and cleaned – 100gms
- Bchef Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Cornflour – 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Recipe:
Take cleaned and peeled prawns in 1 bowl and dust Corn flour over it. Heat oil in 1 pan, deep fry prawns in it once oil heated. Keep fried prawns aside and take 1/2 tbsp oil in pan. Add ginger, garlic and scallion to it. Give it stir. Add fried prawns to it. Now add Bchef Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce to it give it nice stir. Add salt if needed. Serve hot.
