Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast – 2 no
- Bchef Basil Pesto – 2 tbsp
- Dry oregano – 2 tsp
- Tomato, cut in thin slices – 1 large
- Mozzarela cheese, grated – 1 & 1/2 cup
- Salt – to taste
Recipe:
Marinate the chicken breast with dry oregano, salt and Bchef basil pesto. Preheat the oven at 185C for 15 mins until the chicken is cooked and the crust truns brown. Serve hot.
