Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups white rice flour
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp – paprika
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 200 grams-mixed veggie (cauliflower and broccoli cut into 2 to 3 inch florets, mushrooms cut into quarters, Babycorn cut into 2 inch pieces)
- 1/4 cup Bchef Barbeque Sauce
- 1 tbsp – unsalted butter
- Oil – to fry
Recipe:
In a large bowl, whisk together the rice flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Whisk in 1/3 cup water until completely incorporated and you have a thin batter. Add veritable pieces to it and toss to coat completely with the batter.
In a deep pan heat adequate oil for frying veggies. Use tongs or a fork to remove the veggies from the bowl, allowing excess batter to drip off.
Fry veggies in pan in small batches. Meanwhile, combine the barbeque sauce, butter and 1 tbsp water in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is heated nicely. Add fried veggies to pan and stir completely until all veggies get coated with Bchef Barbeque Sauce.
